About us

Dr. Keaton has been serving in ministry since 1994 when he accepted the call to preach at an urban church in Burlington, New Jersey. He has served as a Presbyterian minister since 2008 and currently serves as Senior Pastor of a Presbyterian church in Washington, District of Columbia. Dr. Keaton holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Drew University and his research project addresses mass Incarceration of African Americans. He also holds graduate degrees in Organizational Leadership, Theological Studies and Divinity. Dr. Keaton was voted First Vice President of Charlotte Mecklenburg County Branch, as well as, serving in the Executive Board as Chair of Labor and Industry for Jersey City Branch of the NAACP. Dr. Keaton was humbly awarded the Freedom Fund Award for work at both branches respectively. He has received Proclamation from the Mayor of Jersey City and the Senate of New Jersey.  Dr. Keaton served and organized in Chester PA, Philadelphia PA, Jersey City NJ, Charlotte NC, and now Washington DC

Dr. Keaton has taught at St. Peter’s University (Sociology) of Jersey City NJ and Queens University (Race, Poverty & Justice)

Dr. Keaton is currently Founder and CEO of Restorative Justice CLT.
